Our process flow involves step-by-step instruction and verification.  Each step is communicated via a secured network, and all changes are controlled via the ECN/ECR process. This unparalleled level of control allows us to carefully control all aspects of a system, including BIOS revision and settings:

      Any non-compliant units are segregated and repaired before they leave our facility.

      All pre-planned changes are pre-approved by our customer before they are implemented.

      All documentation is kept on site.

      Major components for each unit are tracked via serial number.

      Everything is traceable via final assembly serial number down to individual components.

Our system allows units in the field to be tracked thoroughly, in case there is a problem. Should repairs be needed, individual units can be fully restored to factory levels.
