Granite, through our Quality Assurance program, ISO 9001:2000 certification, and Incoming Inspection system, can reduce your failure rate by identifying and segregating items which have changed or have known issues. Should a problem occur we do our best to come up with a root failure cause for the component. We work with our suppliers and internally ensure the highest quality product leaves our facility.

Component EOL and Roadmap Management
One of the toughest aspects to manage in the industrial computer world is component end-of-life issues. Every day, it seems, a component is being 'improved' or a new generation becomes available. These changes, though welcome in the consumer market, can wreak havoc on our OEM customers.
